Add end-to-end pantry lifecycle testwheels-architecture-parity

The existing suite tests every controller action thoroughly but each in
isolation against pre-seeded fixtures, which can miss wiring bugs between
steps (exactly the kind of thing that caused the pantry/edit Cancel-link
regression fixed in the previous commit). Adds one continuous happy-path
test through freshly-created records: signup -> create pantry -> register
a client with household members -> log a visit -> confirm it shows up in
the dashboard count, visit history, visit index, and daily sign-in totals
-> generate every printable document for that client (QR, intake form,
TEFAP attestation, agreement) -> bulk blank intake forms for the pantry.
