* Add new 85xx boards
* Added QE/FSL gpio
* Enabled PHY drivers that exist on various boards
* Enabled FS_ENET & UCC ethernet drivers (CPM2 & QE)
* FSL HW Crypto Engine
* CPM I2C
* QE Serial
