Fix a race where a pending interrupt could be received and the handler
called before the handler's data has been setup, by converting to
irq_set_chained_handler_and_data().
See also 2cf5a03cb29d ("PCI/keystone: Fix race in installing chained IRQ
handler").
Based on the mail discussion, it seems ok to drop the error handling.

ks_pcie_stop_link() function does not clear LTSSM_EN_VAL bit so
link training was not triggered more than once after startup.
In configurations where link can be unstable during early boot,
for example, under low temperature, it will never be established.

PCI controller in K2G also has a limitation that memory read request
size (MRRS) must not exceed 256 bytes. Use the quirk to limit MRRS
(added for K2HK, K2L and K2E) for K2G as well.

The PCI Tegra controller conversion to a device tree configurable
driver in commit d1523b52bff3 ("PCI: tegra: Move PCIe driver
to drivers/pci/host") implied that code for the driver can be
compiled in for a kernel supporting multiple platforms.
Unfortunately, a blind move of the code did not check that some of the
quirks that were applied in arch/arm (eg enabling Relaxed Ordering on
all PCI devices - since the quirk hook erroneously matches PCI_ANY_ID
for both Vendor-ID and Device-ID) are now applied in all kernels that
compile the PCI Tegra controlled driver, DT and ACPI alike.
This is completely wrong, in that enablement of Relaxed Ordering is only
required by default in Tegra20 platforms as described in the Tegra20
Technical Reference Manual (available at
https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/downloads#?search=tegra%202 in
Section 34.1, where it is mentioned that Relaxed Ordering bit needs to
be enabled in its root ports to avoid deadlock in hardware) and in the
Tegra30 platforms for the same reasons (unfortunately not documented
in the TRM).
There is no other strict requirement on PCI devices Relaxed Ordering
enablement on any other Tegra platforms or PCI host bridge driver.
Fix this quite upsetting situation by limiting the vendor and device IDs
to which the Relaxed Ordering quirk applies to the root ports in
question, reported above.

There is a chance that wr_offset can be modified to
an arbitrary value as it is a global variable. Have
a local copy of this value and use it for further
manipulation.

Previously we used a PCI early fixup to initiate a link retrain on Altera
devices. But Altera PCIe IP can be configured as either a Root Port or an
Endpoint, and they might have same vendor ID, so the fixup would be run for
both.
We only want to initiate a link retrain for Altera Root Port devices, not
for Endpoints, so move the link retrain functionality from the fixup to
altera_pcie_host_init().

Fix child-node lookup during initialisation which was using the wrong
OF-helper and ended up searching the whole device tree depth-first
starting at the parent rather than just matching on its children.
To make things worse, the parent pci node could end up being prematurely
freed as of_find_node_by_name() drops a reference to its first argument.
Any matching child interrupt-controller node was also leaked.

Some kinds of Layerscape PCIe controllers will forward the received message
TLPs to system application address space, which could corrupt system memory
or lead to a system hang. Enable MSG_DROP to fix this issue.

firmware with ls2085a compatible property, otherwise the PCI bus won't be

The PCI core will write to the bridge window config multiple times while
they are enabled. This can lead to mbus failures like this:
mvebu_mbus: cannot add window '4:e8', conflicts with another window
mvebu-pcie mbus:pex@e0000000: Could not create MBus window at [mem 0xe0000000-0xe00fffff]: -22
For me this is happening during a hotplug cycle. The PCI core is not
changing the values, just writing them twice while active.
The patch addresses the general case of any change to an active window, but
not atomically. The code is slightly refactored so io and mem can share
more of the window logic.

When using QGIC MSI, the MSI controller is GIC not PCIe host
driver. Only set irq chip data if PCIe host is the MSI
controller.
