Display blanking or black frames should be requested explicitly
by user space clients and shouldn't be triggered on system
suspend/resume transitions.

When splash handoff is enabled, it should skip the hardware init
function. However, the software context should setup properly to
reflect actual hardware state.

This reverts commit b80fa288403b05992341f1fcca1a1195067b1dc0.
This change can't guarante the sequence of smmu operation for
early splash case, and more, the commit validity check is
mandatory to avoid potential glitch during display handoff.
So revert this change.

Stage 1 translation enablement should be called after
user has finished early mapping for splash buffer.
Origianl sequence will bring potential race competition.
This change can avoid race condition happens.

Since we have the ttm and gem vma managers using a subset
of the file address space for objects, and these start at
0x100000000 they will overflow the new mmap checks.
I've checked all the mmap routines I could see for any
bad behaviour but overall most people use GEM/TTM VMA
managers even the legacy drivers have a hashtable.

When mapping external DMA-bufs through the PRIME mmap call, we might be
given an offset which has to be respected. However for the internal DRM
GEM mmap path, we have to ignore the fake mmap offset used to identify
the buffer only. Currently the code always zeroes out vma->vm_pgoff,
which breaks the former.
This patch fixes the problem by moving the vm_pgoff assignment to a
function that is used only for GEM mmap path, so that the PRIME path
retains the original offset.

When the split display has preferred control path, the preferred
control path ID should be cleared before searching secondary control
path. Otherwise the search would fail.

Such validity check will let Android FDR test failed.
This is because kernel has enabled interrupts, and
access registers, but with this validity check, LK also
co-exists with kernel, while it has disabled interrupts.
Hence conflict happens.

Update global PA implementation base on newer kernel revision. Hue,

DSI display will have a short blue screen flicker
issue when enabling early splash. This is caused by
the DSI state setting. The patch is to fix this.

User maybe send null commit with invalid frame buffer
to kernel, so early splash's handoff should wait for

In Snapshot path, GPMU register offsets are being dumped on all A5xx
devices. But some targets on A5xx does not have GPMU. So accessing GPMU
registers would cause device fault.
Allow the GPMU register access only on targets with GPMU.

when mode-set is called, HDP core is not enabled yet and scrambler
is not working. Move scrambler setup to pre-enable stage will fix
this problem.

Wait until we have enough space in the virt queue to actually queue up
our request. Avoids the guest spinning in case we have a non-zero
amount of free entries but not enough for the request.

Early RVC will keep running even if all display's splash
in bootloader are stopped. So kernel splash handoff
mechanism needs to be modified to match the scenario.

Read sde registers like layer mixer and ctrl information
from bootloader when early splash is enabled in bootloader.
These information will be updated to kernel resource
manager to let bootloader and kernel use the same hardware
setting.
