Add a check to make sure device actually transitioned to SUSPEND
state before halting dispatcher in adreno_suspend_device function.
kgsl_pwrctrl_change_state(device,KGSL_STATE_SUSPEND) in
kgsl_suspend_device can return zero without actually changing state
to SUSPEND if device state is NONE or INIT.

The incoming scaler v2 user data isn't guaranteed to be
valid if the 'enable' field is set to zero, so ignore
the entire structure unless the enable is explicitly set
to a non-zero value.

In current implementation, AV mute packet is sent after
disabling the encryption. This can cause artifacts on the
sink when re-authentication is going on.
Send the AV mute packet to the sink before disabling
encryption so that no visual artifacts are observed
during re-authentication.

A wrong register bit was examinated for checking SDMA status so it reports
false failures. This typo only appears on gfx_v7. gfx_v8 checks the correct
bit.

It's true we can't resume the device from poll workers in
nouveau_connector_detect(). We can however, prevent the autosuspend
timer from elapsing immediately if it hasn't already without risking any
sort of deadlock with the runtime suspend/resume operations. So do that
instead of entirely avoiding grabbing a power reference.

Add a property to determine the hardware alignment
constraint on secure buffers. XPUv2 and below
have a minimum requirement of 1 MBytes alignment
and hence driver should allocate memory with minimum
alignment on size.

The ARRAY_SIZE() macro is type size_t. If s6e8aa0_dcs_read() returns a
negative error code, then "ret < ARRAY_SIZE(id)" is false because the
negative error code is type promoted to a high positive value.

This fixes kernel oopses when a child process calls KFD ioctls with

Depending on the kernel configuration, early ARM architecture setup code
may have attached the GPU to a DMA/IOMMU mapping that transparently uses
the IOMMU to back the DMA API. Tegra requires special handling for IOMMU
backed buffers (a special bit in the GPU's MMU page tables indicates the
memory path to take: via the SMMU or directly to the memory controller).
Transparently backing DMA memory with an IOMMU prevents Nouveau from
properly handling such memory accesses and causes memory access faults.
As a side-note: buffers other than those allocated in instance memory
don't need to be physically contiguous from the GPU's perspective since
the GPU can map them into contiguous buffers using its own MMU. Mapping
these buffers through the IOMMU is unnecessary and will even lead to
performance degradation because of the additional translation. One
exception to this are compressible buffers which need large pages. In
order to enable these large pages, multiple small pages will have to be
combined into one large (I/O virtually contiguous) mapping via the
IOMMU. However, that is a topic outside the scope of this fix and isn't
currently supported. An implementation will want to explicitly create
these large pages in the Nouveau driver, so detaching from a DMA/IOMMU
mapping would still be required.

Checksum for the HDR infoframe is set to zero by default
as this is not a mandatory field as per the HDMI spec.
However certain HDMI sinks still expect a non-zero
checksum. Otherwise they disregard the infoframe
and the sink does not enter HDR mode despite other fields
of the infoframe being valid.
Add a valid checksum to the HDR infoframe to improve
interoperability of our HDR solution for HDMI.

Add an additional HDR state transition to cover the HDR
teardown sequence case.
This will avoid the HDR infoframe to be programmed repeatedly
if there is no change in its contents.

SDE connector stores the information related to the HDMI
colorimetry data block. This connector information is
retained till the connector is destroyed which does not
happen across hotplug.

This fixes a regression in all these drivers since the cache
mode tracking was fixed for mixed mappings. It uses the new
arch API to add the VRAM range to the PAT mapping tracking
tables.

Allocations larger than PAGE_ALLOC_COSTLY_ORDER are unreliable and they
may fail anytime. This patch fixes the udl kms driver so that when a large
alloactions fails, it tries to do multiple smaller allocations.

If we leave urbs around, it causes not only leak, but also memory
corruption. This patch fixes the function udl_free_urb_list, so that it
always waits for all urbs that are in progress.

The LVDS signal integrity is only guaranteed when the correct enable
sequence (first IPU DI, then LDB) is used. If the LDB display output was
active before the imx-drm driver is loaded (like when a bootsplash was
active) the DI will be disabled by the full IPU reset we do when loading
the driver. The LDB control registers are not part of the IPU range and
thus will remain unchanged.
This leads to the LDB still being active when the DI is getting enabled,
effectively reversing the required enable sequence. Fix this by also
disabling the LDB on driver bind.

The bridge loses its hw state when the cable is unplugged. If we detect
this case in the hpd handler, reset its state.

HDMI non_pluggable is only specific to auto dts setting.
If it's not presented in other products' dts entry, as
hdmi is null, calling hdmi_i2c_destroy() will cause null
pointer access and kernel panic would happen. So remove
the calling of such code.
