qcacld-3.0: Remove assert in wma_get_ll_stats_ext_buf
Assert added as part of I2689873c2c5e63c83e5059563662c0c69dc659fc
in wma_get_ll_stats_ext_buf is not required as it causes a stack
trace exposing further security issues.
Remove the assert in wma_get_ll_stats_ext_buf
