qcacld-3.0: Remove "Beacon Early Termination" configuration
Currently cfg.ini supports the following configuration items:
beaconEarlyTerminationWakeInterval
enableBeaconEarlyTermination
However neither of these is actually used by the driver, so remove the
obsolete support for these configuration items.
