qcacld-3.0: Support for configuring voltage corner mode
Add support for configuring voltage corner mode through INI
parameter. User will provide a bitmap which will be passed on
to the FW during initialization. In this bitmap, each pair of
bits till BIT27 correspond to different phymode, bw combination.
Bit values signify voltage corner configuration.
