qcacld-3.0: Disallow STA+SAP+P2P concurrency scenarios
Disallow any form of STA+SAP+P2P concurrency scenarios
since three port concurrency is not planned to be
supported currently. This is the only three port
combination that the user can exercise with the new
framework changes in place and hence disallowing this
combination to avoid crashes.
