scsi: ufs: undo disabling LCC configuration in UFS device
So far we have disabled the LCC configuration in device and also in the controller. However, in some UFS devices, disabling the LCC configuration might fail so we can remove this command. It was presented at first, just that the controller and device will be configured identically (both with TX_LCC_ENABLE disabled), but it shouldn't have any impact on the UFS device behavior when removing this configuration command from the device.
