ARM: dts: enable broadcast in nt35597 dual-dsi panels for msmcobalt
Enable broadcast mode for dual dsi command and video mode panels
nt35597 in msmcobalt platforms. This optimizes the resume time
for the panels by avoiding running twice the power-on sequence
for each interface.
