qcacld-3.0: Avoid kernel info exposure in vendor scan
Vendor scan command handler is allocating scan request dynamically and
returning respective address to user-space as a cookie to identify
request. But, exposing kernel address is un-safe.
To address this, use scan_id as cookie.
