irqchip: irq-msm: Remove pinctrl_irq_dummy(..) hook
of_mpm_init(..) is now directly called into the pinctrl-msm.c
driver and therefor it is not needed to be present in the irq-msm.c.
This also helps us to not have target specific compatible string
names attached everytime we add new SOC.
Eventually we will remove irq-msm.c altogether.
