qcacld-2.0: hdd_wlan_shutdown() fail
This code is included errorneously while resolving merge
conflicts b/w changes (CR 2238140 and 2202980). Due to this,
wait_for_completion executed twice for McShutdown causing
thread to go to sleep. Hence removing here.
