mmc: cmdq_hci: Add tracing events for CQ mode.
Add ring buffer tracing events in CQ for
debugging purpose. Tracing events includes
cpu, timestamp, CQ metadata per tag(task
descripter, tag, CQIS ,halt-unhalt,
enable-disable).
Example:
