qcacld-3.0: Enable WLAN_DISABLE_EXPORT_SYMBOL for dual WiFi on sdx24
To support dual wifi cards and insmod 2 wifi driver modules,
need to enable WLAN_DISABLE_EXPORT_SYMBOL, or hit duplicate symbol
error when loading 2nd driver module
