qcacld-3.0: Log pkt_stats to logger thread for sw_event
pktlog log types were received as individual log types
like PKTLOG_TYPE_TX_CTRL, PKTLOG_TYPE_RC_FIND, etc.
As per the current implementation, FW sends an
aggregated log type as PKTLOG_TYPE_SW_EVENT.
This aggregated log type event is not logged to
userspace.
Log sw_event pkt_stats to logger thread in
process_sw_event.
