ARM: dts: msm: add VBUS and VCONN regulators for msmcobalt
QPNP SMB2 charger controls enabling VBUS and VCONN regulators.
- VBUS is used to support OTG connected devices
- VCONN is used to support Type-C powered cables
Add regulator devices for VBUS and VCONN.
