ARM: dts: msm: enable QGIC MSI for RC1 on MSM8996 AUTO platforms
PCIe1 endpoint on MSM8996 AUTO platforms uses QGIC MSI
interrupts instead of Synopsys MSI. Thus, enable QGIC
MSI for PCIe1 for MSM8996 AUTO platforms.
