staging: tidspbridge: silence the compiler
When compiling this report is raised by the compiler:

drivers/staging/tidspbridge/rmgr/drv_interface.c:275:2: warning: format '%lx' expects type 'long unsigned int', but argument 9 has type 'pgprot_t'
This patch fixes that warning message.
