qcacld-3.0: Do not return if hdd_open_cesium_nl_sock fails during init
In platforms that support dual wifi instances, hdd_open_cesium_nl_sock
fails from the kernel for second wifi instance as the first driver
instance has already opened the socket and due to the return error
added in the change I5811dcfc79eff4ea7281de5f7591e078c572e69c,
wifi load fails for the second wifi instance.
Remove return error if hdd_open_cesium_nl_sock fails.
