qcacld-3.0: Validate adapter while processing IPA pending events
Some times HTT response for suspend IPA pipes from FW host arrives
after soft ap adapter has been cleaned up. As a result HOST tries
to access the already deleted adapter while processing any pending
IPA events which leads to invalid access. So validate the adapter
before processing the pending events.
