msm: camera: fix init pinctrl fail in actuator probe
When there is no gpio configure in actuator
dtsi, msm_sensor_driver_get_gpio_data will
return zero. And it will lead to pinctrl
init failed error log when do actuator probe.
Add zero return value judgement conditon to
avoid this error.
