Revert "drm/msm/sde: add resource manager to enable dual dsi"
This reverts 'commit e14b3005bdf9 ("drm/msm/sde: add
resource manager to enable dual dsi")'.
This is partial change for display drm driver,
that will break drm/sde merge commit.
