cnss: Use Different Dump Names for QCA PCIe and SDIO targets
On Dual-WiFi platforms, SDIO and PCIe dumps are overwritten by
the crashscope, as they use the same dump name.
Use different dump names to distinguish the dump between SDIO and PCIe.
