Revert "drm/msm/dsi-staging: add hardware driver for dsi phy"
This reverts 'commit 4843e1948fc4 ("drm/msm/dsi-staging:
add hardware driver for dsi phy")'
This is partial change for display drm driver,
that will break drm/sde merge commit.
