qcacld-2.0: Do not call kernel api spin_lock directly
Always Call adf_os_spin_lock for spin_lock.
For SMP, call adf_os_spin_lock_bh for all adf_os_spin_lock.
adf_os_spin_lock_bh will disable software irq to prevent dead lock
issue.
