Revert "defconfig: msm: Enable config for SPM and Event timer"
This reverts commit e15b1696c1d2217c69fc99bc6f65df6be599a35a
which is introducing a change to defconfig (CONFIG_MSM_L2_SPM)
that is not defined in any Kconfig file
