qcacld-2.0: Do sanity check about pci dirver data
Try to suspend during driver exit, it may hit null pointer
dereference once the pci driver data is freed in the
hif_pci_remove().
The fix is to do sanity check about pci driver data in the
__hif_pci_suspend().
