Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Disable SPI CAN controller on msm8996 CV2X boards"
This reverts commit a8c85fc795c063a09a96972c838fa80c520c3837.
Reverted because support for MPC5746C SPI-CAN is being
added back to the platform.
