qcacld-2.0: Set tsf host gpio as invalid by default
Some platform may enable WLAN_FEATURE_TSF_PLUS even it does not need
TSF feature. If it doesn't configure valid tsf host gpio pin, it will
cause unforeseen mistake to register GPIO interrupt at this time.
