input: touchscreen: Goodix gt915 driver cleanup
Cleanup the gt915 goodix driver from checkpatch failures.
Also have cleared the checkpatch errors on 4.4

Use of the '__DATE__' macro makes the build non-deterministic
Also including it in the output does not provide any value.
So remove its usage.]
