ARM: dts: msm: add vbif OT and plane QoS/LUT for msm8996
Plane QoS/LUT and vbif OT are are used to control bus usage
and arbitration on multi-master bus environment. Add plane
QoS/LUT and vbif OT to optimize plane and writeback performance.
