Revert "soc: qcom: Listen to SUBSYS_AFTER_SHUTDOWN notification"
Revert commit 238f87868dc7 ("soc: qcom: Listen to
SUBSYS_AFTER_SHUTDOWN notification").
SUBSYS_AFTER_SHUTDOWN notification is late for subsystem as they
are not able to communicate with firmware.
