ARM: dts: msm: Disable ASPM for MDM EP on msm8996 CV2X boards
Disable L1/L1ss modes for the RC2 link with MDM9x55 EP on
msm8996 CV2X boards to avoid bursty MSI interrupts and
unstable communication channel.
