mmc: sdhci-msm: use PIO for tuning commands
There are issues with ADMA when used with ICE enabled for tuning
commands. As a workaround, use PIO mode for these commands by
enabling quirk SDHCI_QUIRK2_USE_PIO_FOR_EMMC_TUNING .
