qcacld-3.0: Add roam_reason in tagCsrRoamInfo
Currently, there is no information for roam reason
in csr. User can not get the roam reason.
Fix is to add roam reason in tagCsrRoamInfo structure,
get roam reason from firmware and send roam_reason
to hdd. To get roam reason, Check 4 LSB of
roam_synch_data and pass roam reason to hdd layer.
hdd further send roam reson via Atrribute
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_ROAM_AUTH_REASON.
