qcacld-3.0: Free up memory in case of driver/load unload
In the API wma_mgmt_tx_ack_work_handler, the driver
doesnt free up the memory allocated to the work, if driver
load/unload is in progress, which then leads to memory leaks
Fix is to free up the memory in case of the same
