fb: msm_dba: disable timing generator correctly during suspend
Disable the timing generator appropriately.
Register : 0x27, DSI Internal Timing Generator Enable register
BIT 7: DSI Internal Timing Generator Enable
BIT 6: DSI Internal Timing Generator Reset Enable
