defconfig: add cti config with save-restore disable for perf of sdm660
Added CONFIG_CORESIGHT_CTI and CONFIG_CORESIGHT_CTI_SAVE_DISABLE
in perf_defconfig of SDM660 to enable cti without save-restore
functionality for CPU cores.
