ARM: dts: msm: disable tv tuner on apq8096pro and msm8996pro ADP Lite
Tv tuner is not used on apq8096pro auto adp lite
and msm8996pro auto adp lite platform.
So disable tv tuner to fix bootup failure in ADP lite Board.
