USB: serial: ftdi_sio: add support for TI CC3200 LaunchPad
commit 9bfef729a3d11f04d12788d749a3ce6b47645734 upstream.
This patch adds support for the TI CC3200 LaunchPad board, which uses a
custom USB vendor ID and product ID. Channel A is used for JTAG, and
channel B is used for a UART.
