qcacld-3.0: fix buffer overflow in psessionEntry->pSchBeaconFrameBegin
psessionEntry->pSchBeaconFrameBegin is allocated with fix length
SCH_MAX_BEACON_SIZE. Do not copy the value to the buffer exceeding
psessionEntry->pSchBeaconFrameBegin.
