defconfig: msm_defconfig: Enable USB BAM and USB QDSS
This change enables USB BAM driver (CONFIG_USB_BAM) and USB QDSS
driver (CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_F_QDSS) for BAM2BAM communication
between USB and QDSS peripherals.
