msm: vidc: Free pixel plane handle when map extradata fails
Map extradata or buf_ref_get can fail resulting in memleak.
Free pixel plane handle in those cases. Also if map fails
in map_and_update binfo, derefernce on the null handle still
happens. Hence return immediate if map fails.
