ARM: dts: msm: update the pmcobalt GPIO nodes
-Pmcobalt GPIO 9 belongs to GPIO_LV subtype, so update the voltage
selection value to 0 which is the allowed selection.
-Pull up/down is not needed for pmcobalt GPIOs, so update the pull
value to PULL_NO.
