net: rmnet_data: adding support to GRO
Adding support to GRO (Generic Receive Offload) in rmnet_data
interfaces.
Rmnet_data interface invokes the GRO API napi_gro_receive() using
the napi_struct which belongs to the current NAPI context, as
given by the network stack.
