mdss: hdmi: configure default format
Configure the default format for HDMI Tx to
640x480p@60, which according to the HDMI Spec,
is the common format supported by all sinks.
The best-format negotiation will be initiated
from user space after reading edid data from the
sink, based on the sink capabilities.
