defconfig: msmcobalt: Enable OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE
Enable OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE for msmcobalt debug and perf.
defconfigs and also fix one of the warning in the
EDAC driver.
8996 defconfig is also auto-updated during the build.
