defconfig: Enable MSM I2C and DMA engine
Enable the following MSM I2C related features:
- qcom-sps-dma driver which is the dma engine wrapper for BAM
- i2c-msm-v2 driver, the main MSM I2C driver.
- I2C CHARDEV that allows userspace to communicate with I2C framework.
